What you'll do
- Provide technical support to customers
- Help users with platform issues and questions
- Assist with transaction screening inquiries
- Support fraud and scam prevention efforts
- Document and escalate technical issues
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Available for part-time or flexible hours
- Basic technical knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience (preferred)
