What you'll do
- Lead and manage software development teams
- Oversee development of ML-powered, agentic, and self-service tools
- Drive the buildout of centralized intelligence layer for seller growth
- Implement data-driven solutions to help Amazon sellers reach their potential
- Manage selection intelligence and growth initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Amazon
- Mentor and develop engineering team members
- Ensure delivery of actionable recommendations and insights to sellers
What you'll need
- Proven experience in software development management
- Understanding of machine learning and data-driven systems
- Experience with Amazon Web Services or cloud platforms
- Track record of leading high-performing engineering teams
- Knowledge of seller/marketplace ecosystems (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
