What you'll do
- Lead the Performance Analytics & Insights team within Oncology
- Translate complex secondary data into actionable commercial strategy
- Drive analytical insights that inform critical business decisions
- Connect data insights to business strategy and execution
- Collaborate across brand strategy, patient access, and business performance functions
- Develop and manage analytics roadmaps and initiatives
- Mentor and develop analytics team members
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What you'll need
- 10+ years of analytics or related experience
- Proven experience in commercial analytics or business intelligence
- Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong technical proficiency with analytics tools and platforms
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry preferred
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills
