What you'll do
- Operate and evolve platform infrastructure
- Transition platform from Confluence-focused RAG chatbot to broader agentic knowledge system
- Implement hybrid retrieval systems (vector, sparse, graph)
- Develop multi-source ingestion capabilities
- Build and maintain robust evaluation pipelines
- Develop agent infrastructure
- Maintain current Confluence/GitHub ingestion and chunking systems
- Ensure FastAPI serving stability and performance
What you'll need
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with RAG systems
- Knowledge of vector databases and pgvector
- FastAPI experience
- Understanding of infrastructure development
- Experience with multi-source data ingestion
- Familiarity with Confluence and/or GitHub integrations
