What you'll do
- Support intake of enhancement and change requests
- Analyze requests for feasibility and impact
- Prioritize requests across the Manhattan Active WMS program
- Coordinate requests between warehouse operations and technical teams
- Determine business impact and requirements of requests
- Identify dependencies for requested changes
- Facilitate movement of requests through approval processes
- Serve as bridge between business stakeholders and technical Manhattan teams
