What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end diligence and integration of complex, high-value transactions
- Connect due diligence findings to deal thesis
- Design integration approaches for acquisitions
- Provide senior leadership with clarity on deal decisions
- Identify and realize intended deal value
- Collaborate with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, HR, and business sponsors
- Oversee M&A Diligence & Integration function activities
What you'll need
- Leadership experience in M&A or corporate development
- Track record managing complex, high-value transactions
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Experience with due diligence processes
- Ability to work with senior leadership and multiple departments
