What you'll do
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for BD medical technology products
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues for customers
- Perform preventative maintenance on medical devices
- Document service calls and technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
- Travel between multiple Florida service locations
What you'll need
- Field service or technical support experience
- Medical device or healthcare technology background preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to Orlando, Melbourne, and Jupiter, Florida locations
