Description Summary: The Credentialed Trainer I is responsible for training delivery, support, and all related tasks associated with their assigned application(s). The Credentialed Trainer works with the Principal Trainers, Clinical Informatics Analysts, Clinical Informaticists, Health System leaders and Education to assure end users can use the system. What you'll do
- Deliver training to end users
- Provide support for assigned applications
- Collaborate with Principal Trainers and Clinical Informatics Analysts
- Work with Clinical Informaticists and Health System leaders
- Identify individuals requiring additional support
- Provide additional training and support as needed
- Ensure end users can effectively use the system
- Support students in using the system
