What you'll do
- Help organizations manage and sustain performance through human capital initiatives
- Deliver solutions across five core human capital issues
- Serve clients beyond HR organizations across multiple business functions
- Create value for clients through program and project delivery
- Support C-suite decision-making on human capital topics
- Engage with diverse organizational roles from CEO to Business Unit leaders
What you'll need
- Program and Project Management expertise
- Understanding of Human Capital management
- Ability to work with C-suite executives
- Experience serving multiple stakeholder groups (CEO, CFO, Risk Manager, Business Unit leaders)
- Knowledge of organizational performance management
