What you'll do
- Manage end-user hardware and software assets
- Execute procurement activities
- Manage billing documentation
- Produce operational reporting
- Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow
- Track devices through full lifecycle (assignment, warranty, repair, refresh, reassignment, disposal)
- Contribute to process documentation
- Assist with contract administration
- Reconcile software licenses
- Support End User Services (EUS) operations
